Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask you provide a minimum 48 hours notice to cancel/reschedule. Cancellation between 24-48 hrs prior will be charged $100 for color/extension services and $25 for haircuts. Cancellations within 24hrs will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service and additionally required to put down a 100% deposit for rebooking.

Late Arrival Policy

To ensure every guest enjoys a seamless, luxury experience, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time may require rescheduling or services may be adjusted to fit the remaining appointment time.

Additional Guest Policy

For the comfort and safety of all clients, we kindly ask that you do not bring additional guest or children to your appointment. Only the person receiving the service is permitted in the salon.

Adjustment Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you feel your result does not reflect what was agreed upon during your consultation, we are happy to offer an adjustment within 7 days of your original appointment.

Adjustments are provided to refine the original agreed-upon service and are not intended for changes to a new style, color, or direction.
